ORDERS
How many peach boxes can I order per date?
There's an order limit of 4 boxes per delivery week. If you'd like peaches delivered on multiple dates, you'll need to place separate orders for each date.
How do I track my order?
After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. From that email you can click the "View Order Status" button in that email to be taken to your order status page, where you can view the order status and tracking information.
A status of "Confirmed" means the order is not ready to ship. No need to worry, it just means your order is still processing. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a second shipping notification via email with tracking details and it will be marked as "Shipped" or "Delivered" once it arrives.
Your processing time depends on which pre-sale date you selected. Customers can select one delivery week per order (up to 10 weeks out, ending 8/12).
Can I cancel my order?
There is a small window of time for us to cancel your order. If your order has not started processing for its upcoming delivery date, we will do our best to accommodate all update requests that include address changes or order cancellations.
Once your order has gone into a processing queue with our distribution center, we cannot make any changes. Our processing queue window typically starts Wednesday before midnight for the upcoming week's shipment. Please check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake with your address, please contact us ASAP with the correct address or cancellation request.
Can I change or add a gift note?
Not at this time.
Can I change my delivery date?
We are not able to change your delivery date.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit or debit cards (Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, Discover). During the checkout process, you may also be invited to complete Express Checkout with ShopPay, GooglePay, or ApplePay.
SHIPPING
How long will it take for my peaches to arrive?
Orders must be placed before Wednesday 11:59pm EST to be delivered the following week. For example: “Dave wants to order a box of Miss Peaches Peaches for the week of July 1st. He will need to place his order by 11:59pm EST on Wednesday, June 26th.”
We ship freshly picked peaches every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday during peach season so they arrive by the end of your chosen delivery week. If you don't remember which week you selected, you can find this on your order confirmation email.
Shipping costs are based on total weight of the order. Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard domestic shipping typically takes 1-3 business days on average for delivery to the contiguous U.S.
Do you deliver to my address?
We ship across the United States only with the exception of Arizona, Alaska, California and Hawaii. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Can I change the shipping address?
There is a small window of time for us to update your shipping address. To ensure your order arrives at the correct location, we can update your shipping address as long as we receive your request by 11:59 pm on the Wednesday before your delivery week. This gives us enough time to process the change before your order gets shipped. Please reach out to the Miss Peaches Peaches team and we’ll make the change if we're able.
How is your fresh fruit shipped?
Our Miss Peaches box includes 13 fresh peaches. Each peach is hand-picked and gently packed into foam cartons to ensure safety in transit. We ship every box of 13 Peaches the same day the peaches are picked and packed, and they should arrive at your door within 3 business days!
Our boxes are carefully packaged, but if you experience damage to your peaches due to how it was treated in transit, please reach out to our team so that we can get you a refund or replacement.
What if I'm not home for my peach delivery?
No worries. Our peaches are specially conditioned for travel and can handle being outside for a short while. However, if the weather is very hot, they may ripen faster than usual.

At Miss Peaches Peaches, we work hard to ensure you are receiving the freshest, highest quality peaches possible. If there is physical damage to the package or you feel it is unsafe to consume, please email us at hello@misspeachespeaches.com.
Please note, our boxes of peaches are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
